Why isn't the Muslim community in Britain as strong and unified as it is in North Africa?

A society becomes strong by uniting upon the Quran and Sunnah (definition) and understanding the Salaf of the Ummah, to serve as an infallible reference for resolving disagreements. Muslims should cooperate, so that a brother helps his brother, and the obedient advises the negligent. They should also identify their enemies, form a legitimate Shariah council to resolve disputes and demand rights, and oversee Muslims in their education, upbringing, and guidance, and solve their daily problems.
