What is the interpretation of Allah Almighty’s saying: "It is only those who have knowledge among His slaves that fear Allah"?

The noble verse: (It is only those who have knowledge among His servants that fear Allah) indicates that the most complete in fearing Allah, piety, and obedience are the scholars of Allah, His religion, His book, and the Sunnah of His Prophet, at the forefront of whom are the Messengers and Prophets. Complete fear is for the scholars who have known their Lord by His names and attributes, have gained insight into His law, and have believed in His reward and punishment. The meaning of the verse is not that fear is restricted to them, for every Muslim fears Allah, but fear varies. The more a believer's knowledge increases, the more his fear increases, and the less his knowledge, the less his fear. All believers fear Allah according to their knowledge and their levels of faith, and the scholars are the most complete in fearing Allah.
