What is the guidance concerning combating fabricated and weak hadiths by disseminating authentic hadiths from the Sahihayn and those authenticated by Al-Albani?

The questioner has done well by relying on the Sahihayn (Bukhari and Muslim) and on Al-Albani's authentication.
