If the deceased leaves no heirs other than a husband, two sons, and two daughters, then the husband receives one-fourth due to the presence of a lineal descendant. The remaining estate is distributed among the two sons and two daughters by virtue of ta'sib (agnatic inheritance), with the male receiving the share of two females. The sons and daughters of the son do not inherit due to the presence of a direct son. The inheritance is divided into eight shares: the husband receives two shares, each son receives two shares, and each daughter receives one share.
