Is it permissible to enter the university with another person's ID card, and is that considered forgery?

Impersonating your sister and entering with her ID is considered forbidden deception and forgery, due to the Almighty's saying: "And shun false statement," and the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "Whoever cheats us is not of us."
