How can I redress the harm I have caused my neighbors after having hurt them by playing ball and other things, given the difficulty of communicating with some of them or the long distance?

Harming one's neighbor is an evil, forbidden act according to the Sharia (definition), as evidenced by the Prophet's (peace and blessings be upon him) saying: "He whose neighbor is not safe from his mischief will not enter Paradise." Whoever has harmed their neighbors must repent to Allah, seek their forgiveness generally, and show kindness to them by offering food and the like, for that is among the greatest qualities of faith. If it is not possible to seek their forgiveness, then one should strive to supplicate for them and seek Allah's forgiveness for them.
