Do discussions with the supervisor regarding teachers' erroneous behavior, with the aim of finding solutions and serving the best interest of the work and students, constitute backbiting (Gheebah) and slander (Nameemah)?

Backbiting and tale-bearing are among the major prohibited sins. However, the Shari'ah has permitted them for the purpose of a greater good and averting harm, such as scrutinizing narrators, witnesses, and authors. This also includes disclosing a person's flaws to someone who intends to partner with them, marry them, or employ them, if that person is unsuitable. Therefore, if what the questioner is doing is for the purpose of a greater good and benefiting students, then there is no objection to it. However, it is not permissible to elaborate excessively on a person's flaws; rather, one should limit it to what is necessitated by need.
