Does the Eid prayer substitute for the Duha prayer?

The Eid prayer does not substitute for the Duha prayer, for each is an independent act of worship required in itself. The Duha prayer is a confirmed , while scholars hold three opinions regarding the Eid prayer: that it is a Sunnah, or an individual obligation (fardh ayn), or a communal obligation (fardh kifayah).
