Should I pray the Fajr prayer in congregation after its time has expired, even though I prayed it individually within its prescribed time?

Whoever has prayed a fard (obligatory) prayer alone and then finds a congregation praying the same prayer after its time has expired is not required to repeat it with them. The repetition to attain the virtue of congregational prayer is only permissible within the prayer's prescribed time.
