What should an innocent girl do if she is accused of adultery by her sisters in faith? Should she abandon her lessons, supplicate against those who wronged her, or quarrel with them?

The fundamental principle is to assume a Muslim's affairs are sound, and it is not permissible to accuse them of anything disgraceful without clear proof. Whoever accuses chaste women has committed a grave sin. If some upright women spread an accusation of zina (fornication/adultery), this is a very reprehensible matter. The one who accused this woman must repent to Allah, and recant their accusation. As for the wronged woman, she should be patient, for Allah acquitted the Mother of the Believers, Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her), from above seven heavens. The wronged person has the right to supplicate against those who wronged them, but forgiveness is better. Boycotting a disobedient person is legally permissible, provided it serves a benefit.
