Is it permissible to pray at home if the mosque only opens on Fridays, and those in charge refuse to open it for the five daily prayers?

If there is no mosque available for prayer, pray in congregation at home. It is not permissible to close mosques or prevent prayers from being established therein except for a valid excuse. Whoever does so without an excuse is sinful and threatened with disgrace in this world and torment in the Hereafter. The Almighty said: (And who is more unjust than he who prevents the mosques of Allah from having His name mentioned therein and strives for their ruin? Those [monuments] it was not [proper] for them to enter except in fear. For them in this world is disgrace, and for them in the Hereafter is a great punishment).
