The son of the son and the daughter of the son do not inherit if the deceased has a direct son. The son completely disinherits all inheriting grandchildren.
The matter of inheritances is serious and complex, therefore, a mere is insufficient. Rather, it must be referred to courts for investigation, due to the possibility of an unknown heir, or wills, or debts that take precedence over the rights of the heirs.
