Will the children be sinful or disobedient (aqq) for preventing their father from taking back his divorced wife, due to her stealing, bad manners, their fear for him because of her, her absence from him, her not observing prayers, and her going to sorcerers?

Sons do not have the right to prevent their father from taking back his wife, and if they do so, it is an act of disobedience (uquq). They must enjoin upon him what is good and forbid him what is evil, and advise him to choose a righteous wife, while observing proper etiquette in their speech. For enjoining good and forbidding evil upon parents is not like doing so with others; it must be done with gentleness and kindness, without violence or abuse.
