How did the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, pray during the Battle of Badr, and did he pray with his companions or alone?

On the night of Badr, the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, engaged extensively in prayer, supplication, and humble entreaty to Allah, alone, seeking victory over the disbelievers. Bukhari and Muslim narrated his supplications: “O Allah, I ask You by Your covenant and Your promise. O Allah, if You will, You will not be worshipped after today,” and “O Allah, fulfill for me what You have promised me.” The reason for his fervent supplication, as stated by An-Nawawi and Ibn Hajar, was to strengthen the hearts of his companions in their first battle. Despite the Prophet’s, peace and blessings be upon him, solitary state in this situation, the companions also prayed and sought help, as indicated by the verse: “When you sought help of your Lord, and He answered you, ‘Indeed, I will reinforce you with a thousand of the angels in succession.’”
