Is the repeated refusal to marry a form of arrogance toward God?

A suitor who proposes to a woman with the intention of marriage is not considered arrogant; rather, the fundamental ruling is that it is permissible as long as the Islamic guidelines are observed. A suitor who possesses religiosity and good character should be accepted. Marriage is good due to the religious and worldly benefits it entails, such as chastity and procreation. Allah has commanded us to hasten towards good deeds.
