How can one differentiate between mani (spermatic fluid) and madhi (pre-seminal fluid), and what is the ruling on purity (tahara) and prayer (salat) for someone who feels something coming out after using the restroom (istinjaa') or before ablution (wudu') or during prayer, without being certain of its exit? Is this considered incontinence (salas)? And how can one pray in the mosque, especially Friday prayer, in this situation?

Semen exits with desire and in gushes, its smell is like that of palm spathe, and it is followed by a feeling of lassitude. Whereas pre-seminal fluid (madhy) exits upon desire, not in gushes, and is not followed by lassitude. Madhy is impure and must be washed from clothes and the body. Semen is pure and it is recommended to wash it. What one feels of something exiting after ablution (wudu') are whispers (waswas), and their cure is to pay no attention to them. If one is certain that something is continuously exiting, then the affected person is considered to have incontinence, and he must perform ablution for every prescribed prayer, wash the affected area and take precautions, then pray, and whatever exits during ablution or prayer does not harm him.
