Does charity reach the deceased if they did not stipulate building in the place where the mosque was built?

The scholars have unanimously agreed that the benefit of charity reaches the deceased, and there is no disagreement regarding charity. There is no blame upon your father for what he did, taking a portion of your inheritance from your mother to build a mosque for her, as long as it was with your consent and willingness, and you were adults of sound mind. It does not matter that the mosque is in a different location than your mother might have wished, as long as she did not stipulate that in her will. The location chosen by your father may even be more beneficial for her.
