Does the failure of some of those who have quarreled with me to greet me, despite my forgiveness and prayers for them, prevent my deeds from being raised every Monday and Thursday?

Allah has forbidden turning away from each other (tadabur) and estrangement (hajran) among Muslims. The longer the estrangement lasts, the greater the sin. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "It is not lawful for a Muslim to abandon his brother for moreعان than three [days]," and "Whoever abandons his brother for a year, it is like shedding his blood." It is obligatory to initiate reconciliation, and the best of them is the one who starts with the greeting of peace. Forgiveness alone is not enough to remove estrangement; the least that removes it is the greeting of peace. Forgiving the wrongdoer is a cause for attaining Allah's forgiveness and increases a Muslim in honor and dignity.
