Matters of waqf (endowment) are referred to the Court. If one endows for their "offspring," this includes their children and their grandchildren, males and females, equally. It unanimously includes the children of sons. As for the children of daughters, the more correct opinion is that they are included, as indicated by texts from the Qur’an and . However, an endowment for "children" differs.
