What is the religious view regarding a wife who refuses to travel with her husband due to her fear of leaving her job, and files for Khul' (dissolution of marriage) after rejecting his plea for obedience, in addition to constant disagreements between her and his family and her preventing them from seeing their daughter? What are the rights of the spouses and the daughter in this case? And how can the grandparents see their granddaughter?

What the wife did by refusing to travel with her husband and depriving her parents of seeing their daughter is impermissible, and she must fear Allah. It is advisable to address problems with advice, patience, and kindness, citing the noble verse: "Repel [evil] with that which is better," and the saying of Al-Busti: "Be kind to people and you will enslave their hearts." Regarding the judicial dispute, one must fear Allah in it and strive for reconciliation if possible. The maintenance of the young daughter remains obligatory upon the father. Finally, working in commercial insurance institutions is forbidden, and the wife must repent from it and dispose of the money earned from it in charitable ways.
