May a woman appoint someone to cast the pebbles on her behalf, due to the intense crowding?

It is not permissible for a woman to brave the extremely dense crowds at the Jamarat where there is fear for her safety due to the exhaustion and danger involved. It is permissible to delay the stoning until Asr (afternoon) or night, or even Fajr (dawn), if the crowds are very dense. It is also permissible for a woman to appoint someone to stone on her behalf if she has a valid excuse (such as being pregnant, sick, elderly, or weak), or if she encounters unusual hardship. The appointed representative must be a pilgrim and must stone for himself first, then for the woman after obtaining her permission.
