Does wuduʾ become void by the discharge of moisture due to fear, or sneezing, or feeling cold, or by deliberately expelling it?

If the wetness exits frequently and continuously, such that it does not cease for a sufficient time to perform ablution and prayer, then its ruling is that of سلس (incontinence), and ablution is required for every prayer.
