Is it permissible to prolong the two rak'ahs of Wudu prayer or Tahiyyat al-Masjid for an hour or half an hour or more, and to perform them during a time when prayer is forbidden, with this prolongation?

There is no harm in prolonging the two rak'ahs of ablution prayer (Salat al-Wudu) and the prayer of greeting the mosque (Tahiyat al-Masjid), unless the situation necessitates shortening them, such as the commencement of a prescribed congregational prayer, the Imam's sermon on Friday, or during times when it is legislated to shorten prayers with specific reasons, limiting them to the minimum that fulfills the obligation.
