What is the interpretation of a woman's dream in which she sees her deceased husband sad, and is it obligatory to carry out the husband's will to write over twenty dunams of land to his wife?

May Allah grant you a good solace for your husband, and supplicate much for him. Your staying in the country and your work are permissible if they were with your husband's permission and consent, and it is better to clarify that to them. As for dreams, we do not know their interpretation, and they do not necessarily indicate evil. You may refer to Fatwa No. 35254 regarding the proper conduct for disturbing dreams. Regarding the will, it is neither valid nor permissible to execute it except with the permission of the heirs, because a will is not permissible for an heir, due to the Prophet's (peace and blessings be upon him) saying: "Indeed, Allah has given every rightful person his right, so there is no will for an heir."
