A computer does not become impure by the touch of a hand whose impurity has not been ascertained. Even if impurity were ascertained and both the hand and the computer were dry, the impurity would not transfer. If the computer were to actually become impure, there is no impediment to using it without washing as long as it is dry. The hand of a person is not deemed impure merely because they went to the bathroom and did not wash it, nor is what they touch deemed impure for that reason; the default state of things is purity, and one does not deviate from it except with certainty. Doubts and whispers (waswas) are of no consequence. Excessive scrutiny in such matters increases waswas and is a form of extremism in religion.
