What is the ruling of the Sharia regarding a father neglecting his daughter and not providing for her after he marries and has children with another woman, and his desire to relinquish the house he gifted to them?

If a woman has no money to spend on herself, and no husband to provide for her, then her father must spend on her. A father may revoke a gift he made to his children under certain conditions. It is not permissible for a father to give something to some of his children to the exclusion of others, unless there is a legitimate reason for doing so. One must be keen to treat one's father with kindness and goodness, and beware of mistreating him, even if he mistreats you.
