What is the ruling on working as a treasurer in a company that insures its properties with an insurance company, and issues insurance checks and delivers them to the insurance company?

It is not permissible to cooperate in commercial insurance, such as issuing and preparing checks, due to the Almighty's saying: "And do not cooperate in sin and aggression." However, if the insurance is mandatory, then the sin is upon the one who compels it. As for cooperative takaful insurance, there is no harm in participating in it and cooperating by preparing subscription checks.
