Is money earned from creating Gmail accounts for a fee unlawful (haram), if Google's terms regarding digital verification are circumvented, and I am unaware of the uses of these accounts?

It is not permissible to create fake email accounts used for cheating and deception, nor is it permissible to assist in such activities, nor to violate the terms of the hosting company that specify the number of allowed accounts. However, in normal circumstances, an employee's ignorance of the purpose of creating the account does not harm them, unless strong indicators suggest that the accounts are being created for a corrupt or forbidden purpose, in which case the employee must refrain from working.
