Is it true that Allah created souls before bodies, and is the proof of this the human feeling of having seen events before, because their soul experienced them?

Allah Almighty informed us in His Book that He took a covenant from the offspring of Adam to worship Him alone and not associate partners with Him, as He says: "And [mention] when your Lord took from the children of Adam - from their loins - their descendants and made them testify over themselves, [saying to them], 'Am I not your Lord?' They said, 'Yes, we have testified.' [This was] lest you should say on the Day of Resurrection, 'Indeed, we were of this unaware.' Or [lest] you say, 'Our fathers associated others with Allah before, and we were descendants after them. Then would You destroy us for what the falsifiers did?'" (Al-A'raf: 172-173). Ibn Kathir mentioned, quoting Ibn Abbas, that Allah wiped Adam's back and extracted from it every soul that would be created until the Day of Resurrection, and He took a covenant from them to worship Him alone, and He guaranteed their provisions, then returned them to his loins. Whoever comprehends the second covenant (in this world) and fulfills it, the first covenant will benefit him. Whoever does not affirm it, the first covenant will not benefit him. And whoever dies as a child before the second covenant dies upon the first covenant (the primordial nature). It is not meant that people lived and witnessed life's affairs before that; rather, a person may imagine or wish for something, and it happens to him, and he had forgotten it, so he thinks that he had experienced it before.
