What is the jurisprudential ruling on buying a car in installments through a bank that offers two financing models, one of which is "Islamic" with a higher interest rate, and are there banks in Egypt that deal in accordance with what Allah has revealed?

It is permissible to purchase cars through Murabaha to the one who promises to buy, provided that the Sharia controls for this sale are met. If these conditions are met, it is permissible to buy from Islamic banks. As for usurious banks, it is not permissible to deal with them, due to the cooperation in sin and transgression involved, and because they do not adhere to Sharia controls.
