What is the way to stop repeatedly falling into the sin of resuming phone relationships with young men, despite religious commitment and feeling guilty after every repentance?

Addressing men over the phone to establish suspicious relationships is a dangerous means that often leads to zina (fornication/adultery). Allah has forbidden approaching zina. A foreign woman’s voice being heard by a foreign man and vice versa is a type of zina for which Allah will punish in the Hereafter, as the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "The son of Adam has been allotted his share of zina, which he will inevitably commit. The zina of the eyes is looking, the zina of the ears is listening, the zina of the tongue is speaking, the zina of the hand is touching, the zina of the foot is walking, and the heart desires and wishes, and the private parts confirm that or deny it." The questioner must immediately repent from this act by ceasing it, regretting it, and resolving not to return to it.
