Is it possible to prove adultery through scientific examination and DNA, instead of the requirement of four witnesses in this era?

Adultery is not legally proven except by the testimony of four upright witnesses who saw it, or by confession, or by the appearance of pregnancy in the adulteress. DNA testing, photographic cameras, or video recordings cannot substitute for these matters.
