It is not permissible to design clothes for websites that display them accompanied by pictures of unveiled women, because it involves assisting in the dissemination of pictures of unveiled women and looking at them. Assisting in disobedience to Allah is forbidden, as Allah Almighty says: "And do not cooperate in sin and aggression."
