What is the ruling on designing websites for companies that contain images of women from the internet, or personal photos of female clients who do not wear the legal hijab?

It is impermissible to post pictures of unveiled women on websites, whether they belong to the site owner or another woman who has not given permission, because this involves two forbidden things: First, spreading and promoting vice; and second, transgressing the right of the woman whose picture is displayed without her permission. Therefore, it is not permissible to fulfill this request, based on the Almighty's saying: "And do not cooperate in sin and aggression."
