Is it permissible, in Islamic law, to register the apartment and gold in the names of the daughters, while the father, mother, and brothers are still alive, in order to secure the daughters' future, and is this considered depriving the heirs?

It is permissible for a person to donate all or part of his wealth to his children during his lifetime, provided there is fairness among them in the donation and that the children take possession of the donated property, as a donation is not effective until possession is taken. However, if the donor dies before the donee takes possession of the donation, the donation is considered part of the inheritance for the heirs. It must be noted that donation is not permissible with the intention of disinheriting the remaining heirs.
