Will the doer of good deeds who raises his children, honors his mother, and does good without the intention for Allah be rewarded?

Scholars have differed regarding the reward for good deeds performed without intention. The majority stipulate the intention for the sake of Allah, while others believe that a Muslim is rewarded for good deeds without specific intention, suffices with their general intent for good. In all cases, these actions are good and beneficial. The most preferable and complete approach for a Muslim is to make their actions sincere for Allah and to be mindful of the intention, based on the Almighty's saying: "No good is there in much of their private conversation, except for whoever enjoins charity or what is just or conciliation between people. And whoever does that seeking means to the approval of Allah - then We will give him a great reward."
