Is it permissible to pray with transparent discharge, the descent of which is not felt on the underwear, and is it necessary to repeat ablution and change clothes if it is not permissible?

Scholars have differed on two issues regarding a woman's vaginal discharge (moisture):

First: Its purity: The most authoritative opinion is that it is pure. This is the view of Abu Hanifa and Ahmad, and one of the two narrations from Al-Shafi'i, and Sheikh Ibn 'Uthaymeen chose this opinion. Therefore, it is not obligatory to wash clothes if they are stained by it.

Second: Its nullification of ablution (wudu'): Most scholars are of the opinion that it nullifies ablution, and Sheikh Ibn 'Uthaymeen chose this opinion. However, if it is continuous, the woman should perform ablution for each prayer after its time has begun, and its subsequent discharge will not harm her. This is by analogy with a woman experiencing continuous non-menstrual bleeding (mustahadah) and a person with urinary incontinence. But if it occurs occasionally, then it nullifies ablution whenever it is present.
