What should we as youth do in our struggle against looking at immodestly dressed women who are widespread in the streets?

"Adornment and immodesty are evil acts and tools of Satan to lead young people to vice. Everyone must enjoin good and forbid evil according to their ability. Whoever sees an evil act, let him change it with his hand; if he cannot, then with his tongue; and if he cannot, then with his heart. The forbidding of this should be done through Friday sermons, lectures, seminars, newspapers, magazines, books, and tapes, as well as by establishing da'wah centers and women's forums to educate women."
