Is it permissible for a divorced woman to meet her ex-husband's father and greet him?

There is no objection to a man marrying his son's divorced wife, because she is among those lawful for the father [to marry] after divorce. The sacredness between her and his father remains. This is similar to a father's wife whom he divorces; she becomes unlawful for his sons [to marry].
