Does a divorce count if it occurred in a state of anger and the spouses retracted it on the same day?

The divorce of an angry person is effective unless his anger has deprived him of his reason. If his reason has not been impaired, and the divorce was the first or second, he may reconcile with his wife. However, if his anger has deprived him of his reason to the extent that he does not know what he is saying or doing, then the divorce does not take effect in this case.
