Is it permissible for a married man to love another woman?

An emotional relationship between a man and a non-mahram woman is not permissible, even if intended for marriage. The sin increases if the man is already married. It is permissible to marry a second wife or more for one who is able to be just. If love occurs in the heart unintentionally, there is no sin in it, but it must be repelled and dealt with to avoid its consequences.
