Does my fasting remain valid if I unintentionally inhaled the smell of hashish during the daytime in Ramadan? And does this necessitate the invalidation of my fast or require ghusl, especially since the inhalation occurred five or six hours before Fajr?

Your fast is valid, and you are not required to make up for it nor perform . We do not know how long the effects of the narcotic remain in the body. You must repent to Allah Almighty for sitting with hashish users.
