Is the notion that the sea and time do not betray, and that betrayal is confined to humans, considered sound, taking into account that their changes occur by Allah's command, and His saying, exalted be He: "Indeed, Allah does not break His promise"?

Islam has forbidden reviling time and cursing creation, because whatever good or evil occurs therein is by Allah's decree and management. As for humans, their actions are attributed to them and they are recompensed for them, due to their possession of intellect and perception. Therefore, they can be described as treacherous, unlike the sea and time.
