Is the striking of a parable to teach people by saying: "Life today is like a ship that is sinking little by little, and safety is to hold fast to the Qur'an and the Sunnah, while he who is far from his Lord sees the opposite, and that this is the best era," considered a cursing of time?

Slandering "time/ الدهر" is forbidden by Islamic law, based on the Prophet Muhammad's (peace be upon him) saying: "The son of Adam harms Me; he curses time, though I am time; I alternate the day and night." And his saying: "Do not curse time, for Allah is time." As for likening life to a sinking ship or vice-versa, this is not cursing "time" but rather an expression of a point of view.
