Is the 'Umrah considered complete if a woman performs the state of Ihram, circumambulates the Kaaba, prays behind the Maqam, then visits Madinah and returns the same day, and performs Sa'i?

According to the majority of jurists, sequential performance (muwalat) between Tawaf and Sa'i is not a prerequisite. Thus, if someone performs Tawaf and then delays Sa'i for a day or more, their Sa'i remains valid. This woman's Umrah is sound, and the separation between Tawaf and Sa'i due to her travel to Medina does not invalidate it.
