Scholars have unanimously agreed on the prohibition of masturbation by hand, considering it a means to corrupt a person and a violation of innate disposition (fitra), as well as a cause of premature ejaculation. However, if masturbation by the wife's hand is a medical treatment, then this method of treatment is permissible, because the husband is allowed to enjoy his wife's entire body, and jurists have permitted the husband to masturbate by his wife's hand.
