Did Hamza ibn Abd al-Muttalib have any sons or daughters who remained alive after his death?

Hamzah had sons and daughters, among whom were Ammarah, Ya'la, Amatullah, and Umamah. None of Hamzah's sons left progeny except Ya'la, who had five sons, but they all died without offspring, thus Hamzah's lineage ended. As for his daughter Umamah, the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, married her to his stepson Salamah ibn Abi Salamah.
