How does a cousin atone for two days she was forced to miss in Ramadan, knowing that she is ill but ready to fast?

If a husband compels his wife to break her fast during Ramadan with a compulsion that is legally recognized [by Sharia], then she is not required to offer expiation (kaffarah).
