Does the Qiyam prayer become void if the Isha prayer becomes void, necessitating its reperformance?

The majority of scholars hold that Tarawih prayer is not valid unless it is performed after the Isha prayer. If the obligatory Isha prayer becomes invalid, it must be re-offered. In this case, the Tarawih prayer would have occurred before the Isha prayer, so it must be re-offered to be after it.
