What is the madhhab of the majority and who are the scholars who differentiate between the emission of pre-seminal fluid (madhy) due to looking or other than by habit in invalidating the fast?

The madhhab of the majority of scholars is that madhy (pre-seminal fluid) does not invalidate the fast. Al-Albani authenticated the hadith about the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, differentiating between an old man and a young man regarding kissing for a fasting person, stating that the old man controls himself. This implies the permissibility of kissing for a fasting person if he is secure from emission. And according to the rule, "What results from something permissible is also permissible," madhy resulting from a permissible act does not invalidate the fast. However, if the madhy occurred in a disliked or forbidden situation, then making up the fast is obligatory.
